Six practical workflows, from finding a booth to running the whole event.
Filter the map or directory by location and dates. Read the original listing, availability evidence, fees, and deadlines before applying.
Explore eventsSave your real business details. Choose a document template, review suggested fields, fill missing answers, and place your signature only after checking the document.
Prepare documentsSelect the event state and municipality. Review the official sources for your activity and keep a checklist. A saved checklist is a planning record, not a permit approval.
Review requirementsSave promising events to your saved event list. Update your own application stage, keep notes, and submit through the organizer’s official process.
Open your boardCreate an event in Organizer. Record applicants, accept or waitlist vendors, track document receipt and manually record payments. Capacity checks help avoid overbooking.
Open OrganizerAdd numbered booths, drag them into position, assign accepted vendors, and export your diagram and roster. Confirm the real venue layout, access and approvals separately.
