How we verify information
Official sources
We link event details to organizer pages and requirements to official agencies. Each reviewed requirement shows its source and the date we checked it.
Application details
“Not confirmed by the organizer yet” means we have a listing, but have not confirmed its application details with the organizer. A supplied check date does not mean EventFair checked the source.
We show missing details as “Not published by the organizer.” Fees from past years, estimates and typical prices are not current booth quotes. Ask the organizer for the current fee.
Application details more than 14 days old need a new check. An open application does not guarantee acceptance or an available booth.
Requirements and documents
EventFair helps you prepare. It does not give legal advice or confirm that your business or event meets every requirement. Rules depend on your products, location and venue. Confirm what applies with the agency or organizer before you pay, submit or attend.
An EventFair worksheet is a preparation aid, not an agency form. Submit the agency's current form through its official channel. Follow its signature instructions.
Coverage gaps
We cover preparation workflows for all 50 states. Some local requirements and event details have not been reviewed yet. A missing listing or requirement does not mean it does not exist.
