Draft for owner review . not final launch terms
Privacy Policy
Draft for owner review. Last updated October 7, 2026.
What you provide
Your workspace can contain business details, contact information, application drafts, event plans, documents, and money records that you choose to enter or upload. ChatGPT sign-in supplies identity information needed to associate records with your account.
Why we use it
We use account and workspace information to provide your saved records and requested workflows. Public event and vendor information is shown when you choose the existing publishing controls. We do not claim that every record you save is public.
Hosting and storage
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites, with Cloudflare-backed database and file storage configured for the application. Authentication and hosting providers process information under their own terms and policies. The final processor list and contractual details require owner review.
Device preferences
The site uses browser storage for preferences such as language and workspace role. Account records are stored in the application database. The owner must review any additional analytics or marketing technology before enabling it.
Payments and email
Paid subscriptions and marketing email are not currently launched. This policy must be updated with payment and email providers, their purposes, and consent controls before those features are enabled.
Your choices
You can export workspace data through Settings. The owner must establish and publish a direct contact process for access, correction, deletion, and privacy requests before launch, along with retention periods and any jurisdiction-specific rights.
Review before launch
This draft needs the operator’s legal identity, privacy contact, retention schedule, international-transfer details, and final rights language. Do not treat it as a completed compliance review.
