Using EventFair
EventFair is a planning service for vendor events, permits, documents, and business records. Use it lawfully, provide accurate information, and upload only material you have permission to use.
Your account and records
Current workspace access uses ChatGPT sign-in. Keep your account secure and retain copies of important records. You remain responsible for the information you enter and the applications you submit.
Events and official requirements
Organizers and agencies control their events, fees, deadlines, permits, and decisions. Information can change. EventFair does not guarantee a booth, acceptance, sales, or compliance, and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
Membership and payments
Paid subscriptions are not currently launched. Before any paid subscription or transaction is enabled, its price, renewal, trial, cancellation, and refund terms must be disclosed at checkout. No draft price creates a payment obligation.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, misuse personal information, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Access may be restricted to protect users and the service.
Availability and responsibility
The service may change or be interrupted. Confirm important information with its source and keep backups. Liability limits, dispute procedures, governing law, and the operator’s legal identity require owner review before launch. Nothing in this draft excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
